The walls in the rooms are quite thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can be easily heard.

Location was perfect. Loved the room/suite as it gave more room and were able to actually sit without having to do so on the bed. Also thought the contential breakfast was awesome.

Only minor but I would have thought that housekeeping would have taken the dirty dishes and emptied the coffee machine as well as removing the filter.

It's convenient. The staff are always friendly there. There was a slight screw up with my rate but it was corrected with out any problem. It was a perfect spot for a shopping getaway with the girls.

The comfortable king-size bed and sofa were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location within a 2-mile radius of the mall and restaurants made it easy to access amenities and attractions in the area.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. The HVAC system in the room had no continuous fan setting, which made it difficult to create a steady white noise for a restful sleep.

$75 for the dog a day. It's too high.

My bed was fine it was soft and comfortable.
